Who is the expert team for?
The Expert Team works selflessly; for volunteers by volunteers. That is why the Expert Team only works for voluntary organizations where the implementation is done by volunteers.
How does the Expert team work?
1. Advice request
You contact us. During this conversation you can explain your question or situation. You will be sent an 'advice process form' in which you can describe your desired expertise and request for advice. You return this form to us.
2. Transfer to expert
We will contact a competent expert from the Expert Team. We fill in the details of the expert on the 'advice process form' and send it back to you. Now you can contact the expert.
3. Record appointments
You record the agreements with the expert. During this conversation, the question is clearly defined, as well as the desired results, the time limit and the mutual expectations. This is completed on the 'advice process form'. The expert ensures that each party receives a fully completed 'advice process form'.
4. Advisory process
The advisory process starts substantively. We remain involved in the process in the background and monitor the process.
5. Evaluation and Completion
After the end of the advisory process, we provide an evaluation of the process and the advisory process is completed.
